Delivery Services

We ship orders using trusted carriers, including:

  • DHL

Carrier selection may vary depending on product type, size, and destination.


Transit, Handling, and Order Cut-Off Times

Total Delivery Time:
6–10 business days

Transit Time:
5–7 business days

Handling Time:
1–3 business days

Order Cut-Off Time:
3:00 PM (GMT-05:00), Eastern Standard Time

Orders placed after the cut-off time will begin processing the following business day.


Shipping Costs

Parcels Damaged in Transit

If a package arrives damaged:

  • If the courier is present, please refuse the delivery if possible.

  • If the package was left without your presence, contact us immediately so we can arrange inspection and determine the next steps.

Documentation (photos of packaging and product) may be required to support a claim.
