30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • In new, unused condition

  • In original packaging

  • With all accessories, manuals, and materials included

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for:

Defective products
Non-defective products (subject to restocking fee)

We do not accept returns for:

Custom-made items
Special discounted or clearance items
Final sale orders


Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before processing with no fee.

  • If your order has already been processed, a 15% restocking fee applies.


Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted.

The fastest way to receive your replacement is to:

  1. Return the original item

  2. Place a new order once your return is accepted


Product Condition & Return Window

  • Condition: New only (unused, undamaged, original packaging)

  • Return Window: 30 days from delivery


Return Method & Fees

  • Return Method: By mail

  • Return Label: Provided;

    • Customer pays shipping for non-defective returns

    • We cover shipping for defective or incorrect items

  • Restocking Fee:

    • 15% for non-defective returns

    • No fee for defective or incorrect orders

  • Refund Processing Time:

    • Up to 10 business days after inspection


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

We will evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  1. We’ll notify you of approval or rejection

  2. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method

  3. Refunds typically process within 10 business days, depending on your bank
